What is Human Takeover?
Authorised staff can step into the same visitor conversation, reply themselves, and hand it back to the assistant when appropriate — the visitor never has to start again.
Can it take bookings?
Yes, where booking is enabled for your business: Google Calendar can be connected so visitors can book from the conversation.
Where do the leads go?
Serious enquiries are delivered by e-mail to the address you choose, and every conversation, lead and booking is in the secure customer portal and the free Astorre X app.
What is the difference with Astorre X Voice and Astorre X Phone?
