No. Astorre X Voice is spoken conversation in the browser, on your website: visitors press the microphone and talk. Real telephone calls to your business number are Astorre X Phone, a separate product.

What is included?

Everything in Astorre X Text — written answers, lead capture, bookings where configured, Human Takeover, the customer portal and the app — plus natural spoken conversation in the browser.

Can visitors still type?

Yes. Visitors choose: type when they want, speak when they want. The same business knowledge answers both.

Do I have to set it up myself?

No. Amstercode configures it, trains it on your business information, installs it on your website and tests it live. Onboarding is included, with no separate setup fee.

Which languages can visitors speak?

Visitors can speak naturally in their own language; the assistant supports spoken interaction across multiple languages.
