Company verification

Start with your company.

Government Desk is available for registered companies. Enter your company details and your business e-mail, and Amstercode verifies the legal entity before the workspace is activated — so the desk is created for the correct organisation, under the correct registration.

How the verified company trial works

  • 01 You send your company details Registration, legal name, website and a business e-mail on your own domain. No account and no payment yet.
  • 02 Amstercode verifies the company and the e-mail By hand, once: the registration, the legal name, the company domain and your address checked against each other and against the public register.
  • 03 Your workspace is opened in prepare mode Yours alone, with every government channel disabled, and a sign-in for the people you name.
  • 04 You accept the trial terms, the retention policy and the processing terms One decision, by someone who may make it for the company. Nothing can be uploaded before it.
  • 05 You upload up to ten documents Fifteen days, ten letters, no card. Start with the one that is actually worrying you.
  • 06 The desk structures obligations, deadlines and answers What it obliges you to do, by when, which rule says so — with the sentence it came from — and a prepared response with the evidence attached.
  • 07 You decide, and you send it yourself Nothing is submitted to any authority. Afterwards: €99 per month, monthly, cancel anytime, no onboarding fee — or stop, with nothing deleted.
Why verification is required. Government Desk organises official obligations, deadlines and evidence for a specific legal entity. Verification protects your organisation from duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised workspaces — and it is the reason a desk can be trusted with a deadline at all.

15 days free, up to ten documents, no card before the trial. Everything marked * is needed to identify the legal entity. Use the e-mail address of your company domain — a personal mailbox cannot be matched to a registered company.

In the Netherlands this is your KVK number from the Handelsregister.
Used to check that your e-mail domain belongs to the same organisation.
